He, together with his co-plaintiff, Anthony Williams,1 seeks civil damages under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, 1985, and 1986. In the first appeal, we reviewed the district court's denial of summary judgment in favor of the two men who prosecuted Geter's case and a police officer...
