BEAM, Circuit Judge.

Charles Gulley challenges the district court's grant of summary judgment for the defendant, the Mayo Foundation. Gulley sued the Foundation for damages allegedly resulting from treatment at the Mayo Clinic. The district court1 dismissed Gulley's case because the statute of limitations had expired. We affirm.
