John Fuller was convicted of two federal firearm violations and received concurrent fifteen and ten year sentences. In challenging these convictions, Fuller alleges three trial errors: the government used its peremptory strikes unconstitutionally, the trial court improperly allowed the admission of evidence of other crimes, and the prosecution's closing argument violated Fuller's right to a fair trial.
