This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted against appellant, Hermann Hospital.

Appellant sued appellees, alleging three causes of action: (1) misrepresentation and deceptive trade practices under art. 21.21 of the Texas Insurance Code; (2) negligent misrepresentation under Texas common law; and (3) estoppel.
