This is an appeal from the dismissal, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b),1 of a petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. 11 U.S.C. §§ 701 et seq. Because under the facts of this case granting relief would be a substantial abuse of the chapter, the order dismissing the petition is affirmed.
