HUME, Judge.

Plaintiffs, Miles Wynn (Wynn) and Furniture Warehouse Sales of North Broadway, Inc. (Warehouse), appeal the trial court's directed verdict denying their damage claim against defendant, Adams County Bank (Bank), for its wrongful seizure of plaintiffs' retail furniture business on North Broadway and its wrongful collection of rents from sublessees of its East Evans property. We affirm.
