The plaintiffs appeal from an entry of summary judgment on the complaints and judgment on the counterclaims in favor of the defendants below. The entry of these judgments gives the defendant fee simple title in a piece of property shown as "Park" on the plat of the subdivision in which the individual plaintiffs are lot owners and Red House Cove Association is an association of lot owners.
