NORRIS, Judge.

Defendants, Jimmy Hudgins and Rose Hudgins, were originally charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, LSA-R.S. 40:966. After their motion to suppress certain physical evidence was denied both defendants entered a Crosby plea to attempted possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, reserving their right to contest the denial of their motion.
