WARD, Judge.

The St. Bernard Parish Grand Jury indicted Bernard J. Del Carpio, charging him with the second degree murder of his wife. After pleading not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity, Del Carpio waived trial by jury. The Trial Judge found Del Carpio guilty as charged and sentenced him to life imprisonment without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. Del Carpio appeals, claiming four errors in this trial warrant reversal of his conviction...
