The issue before us is whether a securities brokerage house, against whom a customer has initiated arbitration proceedings, is entitled to compel its registered representative to submit to arbitration in the same tribunal of the brokerage's third party claim against him, even though the separate contracts of the customer and the representative name different arbitral bodies. Stewart Flink was a registered representative
