The only issue presented is whether a child of married parents who are still married may be adopted without their consent because of their failure to support the child. We find that a child may be adopted without the consent of a married parent under 10 O.S. 1981 § 60.6(3)(b),1 if the parent has wilfully failed, refused, or neglected...
