Plaintiffs Orscheln Bros. Truck Lines, Inc. ("Orscheln") and Barry S. Schermer brought this diversity action against Anderson, Clayton & Co. ("Anderson Co.") seeking the collection of freight undercharges on the interstate shipment of various food products. Carriers Traffic Service, Inc.
