Plaintiff Inman Freight Systems, Inc. ("Inman") brought this action under the Revised Interstate Commerce Act, 49 U.S. C. § 10761(a), against Boise Cascade Corporation ("Boise Cascade") seeking the collection of freight undercharges on various interstate shipments of goods.
