This matter came on for trial on July 25, 1988, upon the plaintiff's small claims complaint for unpaid nursing home services. The court finds from the evidence that the defendant guaranteed the account of her mother as a patient in the plaintiff's long-term care facility ("LTCF") during 1985 and 1986.
