CYNAR, J.
Defendant was charged with criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2). As a result of a plea-bargain agreement, on September 24, 1985, defendant pled guilty to second-degree CSC, MCL 750.520c; MSA 28.788(3). Defendant was sentenced to serve a minimum sentence of not less than four years and a maximum sentence of not less than fifteen years. We reverse.
