Defendant was charged with the attempted robbery of Danny R. Miller with a dangerous weapon, representing himself as a sworn law-enforcement officer to Danny R. Miller, and the breaking and entering of a motor vehicle belonging to Ralph C. Brewer. To the charge of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, defendant tendered a plea of guilty and to the remaining two charges he plead not guilty.
