Facts

Kenny Baatz claims he and his wife, Peggy, were seriously injured when a vehicle operated by a drunk driver, Roland McBride, crossed the center line of a Sioux Falls street and struck and crushed them. Baatz also claims the Arrow Bar served alcoholic beverages to McBride while he was intoxicated prior to the accident. Therefore, Baatz claims that the Arrow Bar's negligence in serving alcoholic beverages to an already intoxicated...
