Vivian Dew (hereafter plaintiff), along with five other individuals, brought suit against Michigan Osteopathic Medical Center (MOMC), a Michigan corporation, and Michigan Health Care Corporation, a Michigan corporation, jointly and severally, on April 11, 1985.
