Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by reducing the minimum terms of imprisonment for the conviction of (1) assault in the first degree under the fifth count of the indictment from 7½ to 5 years, (2) criminal possession of weapon in the second degree from 7½ to 5 years and (3) criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree from 3½ to 2 1/3 years; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
