Plaintiffs sued defendants for personal injuries sustained when the vehicles they were driving were involved in a rear-end, chain reaction, collision on Claiborne Avenue in New Orleans. Following continual requests for discovery by the defendants and plaintiffs' failure to comply, the plaintiffs' suit was dismissed, with prejudice.
