Codefendants Eftain Duron and Leovigildo Creagh were charged with willful and unlawful possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, cocaine. La.R.S. 40:967. Duron was found guilty of possession of cocaine after a judge trial and Creagh was acquitted. Duron was sentenced to serve five years at hard labor, with credit for time served.
