CIACCIO, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals the district court's granting of summary judgment in favor of defendant Paul Adam. (In this appeal we do not consider plaintiff's case against other defendants.) We find that the matter was ripe for summary judgment and that the trial judge ruled correctly. We affirm.
