Plaintiff appeals the trial judge's dismissal of his personal injury action against the Orleans Parish School Board. We reverse.

On January 17, 1986, ten-year-old Eric Laneheart was injured when he fell while playing in the schoolyard of Edgar P. Harney School, where he is a student.
