The K-Mart Corporation appeals a final judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of Sheryl LeVee Salmon, appellee. On October 14, 1987, a Baltimore County Circuit Court jury awarded Salmon $28,000 on her malicious prosecution claim against K-Mart and Christopher Canoles, a K-Mart employee, and $37,000 on her false imprisonment claim against K-Mart and Sharon Witkowski, also a K-Mart employee.
