This is a suit filed by Terry Alexander, who was injured as a guest passenger in Kenneth Chevis' car, when the car was involved in an automobile accident on February 28, 1986. Defendants are Nelma Dominick, the driver of the other car involved in the accident, Jimmie Dominick, owner of the car driven by Nelma, and Allstate Insurance Company, Jimmie Dominick's automobile insurer.
