On October 29, 1984, plaintiffs, David Antis and Gerry Ames Antis (hereafter Antis), filed this suit seeking to compel removal of an encroachment allegedly constructed by defendants, J.D. Miller and Georgia Sonnier Miller (hereafter Miller) on the Antis property. Antis alleges that the building constructed by Miller extended 3.85 feet onto his property.
