This matter came before the court for trial on the complaint of the plaintiffs-landlords alleging that the defendants-tenants removed certain property from the leasehold upon termination of their lease. Plaintiffs allege that the items removed were fixtures and had become a part of the real estate and that the defendants had no right to remove them.
