Plaintiff, Donna House, Administrator of the Estate of Ernest Charles House, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas and raises a single assignment of error as follows:

"The trial court erred in holding that the commercial umbrella liability policy number CSX 695 932, issued by defendant appellee State Automobile Mutual Insurance Company, has no application to the accident in question and does not provide uninsured...
