PEOPLE v. VAUGHN

144 A.D.2d 399 (1988)

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Freddie Vaughn, Appellant

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

November 7, 1988

Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.

Moreover, the defendant's challenges to the adequacy of his plea allocutions have not been preserved for appellate review since he did not seek to withdraw his guilty pleas prior to sentencing
