Arthur S. Longworth appeals his jury conviction of aggravated first degree murder in violation of RCW 9A.32.030(1)(a) and 10.95.020(7). The issues he raises are whether the trial court erred in failing to specify in the jury instructions the crime that the murder allegedly was committed to conceal, whether the general verdict and special interrogatory responses are inconsistent, and whether sufficient evidence supports a finding of the aggravating circumstance...
