Ordered that the order is modified by deleting so much of the first decretal paragraph as granted that branch of the plaintiff's motion which was for summary judgment as to debts incurred by Harry C. Partridge & Sons, Inc. prior to the execution of the guarantee at issue; as so modified, the order is affirmed...
