Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Alpert & Alpert (by Joel L. Alpert), for plaintiff.

Frank J. Kelley, Attorney General, Louis J. Caruso, Solicitor General, and Morrison Zack, Assistant Attorney General, for the Second Injury Fund.

Before: DANHOF, C.J., and MAHER and C.W. SIMON, JR., JJ.
