SULLIVAN, J.

Donald H. Thimm (Thimm) appeals from a judgment that dismissed his action because the statute of limitations had run. Thimm, who suffered personal injuries in an accident, argues that the statute of limitations on his right of action was extended by settlement and payment of the property damage aspect of his claim. We disagree and affirm.
