Plaintiff, the collective-bargaining representative of teachers employed by defendant Dearborn Board of Education, appeals from an order of summary disposition granting defendant relief in the form of declaratory judgment that the conferral of seniority status to five special education teachers was lawful. We affirm for the limited reasons stated in this opinion.
