This case is before the Court upon the appeal of Robert Eugene Ayers from his conviction of three counts of first degree sexual assault and three counts of incest. It arises from an order of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County which denied the appellant's motion for a new trial. The appellant has been ordered to serve fifteen to twenty-five years for three first degree sexual assault convictions and five to ten years for three incest convictions. The sentences...
