SCOTT, C.J.

Thomas L. Rogers appeals a judgment convicting him of arson contrary to sec. 943.02(1)(a), Stats. Rogers argues that: (1) evidence gathered from the fire scene should have been suppressed; and (2) he is entitled to a new trial because a state's witness changed his testimony from what it was in an earlier trial. Because the first argument is not persuasive and the second is waived, we affirm.
