This matter is before the Court upon the Objection to Allowance of Claim ("Objection") filed by the debtors in this Chapter 13 case. Debtors object to allowance of the claim filed by Ligon Specialized Hauler, Inc. ("Ligon") in the amount of $5,463.01. Ligon contends that the entire $5,463.01 amount should be treated as a secured claim by the standing Chapter 13 trustee for distribution...
