On behalf of the petitioner-appellant, the cause was submitted on the brief of August E. Fabyan, Jr. of Haight & Fabyan of Hartland.

On behalf of the respondent, the cause was submitted on the brief of Steven C. Wimmer of Wimmer Law Offices of Waukesha.

NETTESHEIM, J.

Ellis H. Hughes appeals from the property division provisions of a divorce judgment. Ellis argues that the trial court erred by (1) including in the marital estate a $10,000 certificate of deposit which he contends is really an asset of his deceased mother's estate; and (2) dividing his inherited property pursuant to a hardship determination. We reject Ellis' arguments and affirm the judgment.
