Williams, M.D., and Vocational Rehabilitation Services Inc., engaged in a course of tortious conduct through which they conspired to fraudulently deny plaintiff Calvin Alston benefits due under the Pennsylvania Workman's Compensation Act, see 77 Pa.C...
