Defendant was convicted, following a jury trial, of two counts of second-degree murder, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549, and one count of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797. Thereafter, a second jury was impaneled which convicted defendant as a third felony offender under the habitual-offender statute. MCL 769.11; MSA 28.1083. The trial court thereafter sentenced defendant to three concurrent terms of 90 to 150...
