This action arises from a frontpage article printed in Business First, Volume 1, No. 31, the week of April 15, 1985, which was circulated to subscribers and newsstand purchasers of the newspaper in Columbus and elsewhere. Business First is a weekly business newspaper which focuses on providing business and economic news analysis.
