John Kildea, Jr. appeals from the property division and maintenance provisions of a divorce judgment. He argues that the trial court lacked jurisdiction to divide his military pension because he did not consent to the division. We conclude that because John never objected to personal jurisdiction, he consented to the jurisdiction of the court; no further consent was necessary.
