On February 8, 1988, this court found defendant Wally Buscher in civil contempt for his failure to comply with two orders of this court. At a hearing on January 29, 1988, plaintiffs showed the court evidence indicating that Buscher had violated a preliminary injunction issued by this court, forbidding Buscher from distributing illegal US Sprint access codes.
