Appellant, Michael Grant, was convicted in a bench trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County (Brizendine, J.) of storehouse breaking with the intent to steal goods valued at $300 or more. He was sentenced to five years imprisonment. Upon this appeal, appellant contends that his conviction was barred by the doctrines of collateral estoppel and double jeopardy.
