PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs appeal as of right from a Grand Traverse Circuit Court judgment of no cause of action in favor of defendants. Defendants claim a cross-appeal from the same judgment. We affirm.

The Traverse City Canning Company (TCCC), a Michigan corporation, operated a fruit processing and canning business for approximately fifty years. The company went bankrupt in 1982. Defendants are the officers, directors and shareholders of the bankrupt corporation...
