HILL, Circuit Judge:

In this case, the appellants challenge their convictions on charges of mail fraud, extortion and racketeering. They maintain that the mail fraud convictions were obtained in violation of McNally v. United States, ___ U.S. ___, 107 S.Ct. 2875, 97 L.Ed.2d 292 (1987). We reverse in part, based upon McNally, and affirm in part.
