This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the Pickaway County Court of Common Pleas dismissing the Ohio Casualty Insurance Company, defendant below and appellee herein, from the action on the complaint filed by Shirley Hopkins in her capacity as guardian of the estate of Donald M. Hopkins, a minor, plaintiff below and appellant herein, seeking recovery on the judge's two surety bonds.
