Appellant, Michael L. Williams, pleaded guilty to a violation of R.C. 2925.03 (drug law) and was sentenced to six months to five years. The judge ordered one year of probation in lieu of the jail time. The end of his probation period was extended from November 1980 to November 1981 for failure to report to his probation officer.
