SNEED, Circuit Judge:

Great Western Bank & Trust (Great Western), an Arizona banking corporation, challenged the Chapter 11 plan filed by Entz-White Lumber & Supply (Entz-White), on the ground that it impermissibly undervalued Entz-White's liability to Great Western. Specifically, Great Western insists that the plan used an incorrect post-maturity interest rate and that it failed to recognize that Entz-White had guaranteed an unpaid personal loan to Jack Entz...
