Swenson commenced an action against her former employer, Management Recruiters International, Inc., and her former supervisor, David Marth, alleging sex discrimination, aiding and abetting race discrimination pursuant to the Minnesota Human Rights Act,1 invasion of privacy and tortious conversion of the contents of her mail. Management Recruiters removed the case to federal court on grounds of diversity
